My name is Lauren, and you can call me Lauren! I'm a single mom of a four-year-old boy, Braden. Brady's dad and I have the most collaborative relationship an ex-couple can hope for, and we are all very fortunate for that. My "bacon job," as I've been calling it, is working as a Human Resources Manager for the US operation of a global company. I have an amazing boyfriend who lives two hours away; though the distance and our divorce baggage present interesting obstacles in our lives, he is my best friend and my perfect mate. I'm turning 31 in December. (I'll never admit that again. Try me -- I'll tell you I'm 29). Writing has been something I've always enjoyed, but until my whirlwind of life experiences over the past five years, I've never felt I had anything worth sharing. Now it seems a challenge to keep my hands off the keyboard!

My name is Laili (pronounced Lay-lee). I'm currently Stay at home, homemaker. Newly moved to the Phoenix metro area in AZ. I admit I tried looking for a part-time job but no one would hire me. The one job I got was temporary and telemarketing is just not something I enjoy (especially all the rejection). I blog: Lmrb19.blogspot.com and have twitter: Lmrf19. Let me know that you know me from here before you request to add me on Twitter- I'm really picky about that stuff.

If I picked three works to describe me: Geek, Mother-to-be, and Idiosyncratic. I'm just me. I roll with the punches. I'm kind of crazy. I'm laid back. I don't appreciate guilt trips, being walked on, used or manipulated by anyone since I'll do it back to prove my point. Fair game and all- rarely need to though. I hate ignorance, stupidity, apathy, people who don't use blinkers, speeders especially those in freaking expensive cars, and racism. I like to do my own thing but have no problem doing what everyone else is doing as long as I agree with it or something of that affect. I'm a very social person and a loner at the same time. I love being around people and hate being around them too. I guess it depends on my mood. :D

I'm really into baby stuff right now since I'm due in just a few weeks and expecting our first. That's all I can think of.

In a strange way my family. We don't have a traditional household. My mom suffers from depression and anxiety and is unable to work, so she lives with us. It works fantastic for us. I went to school to be an audio engineer, most people don't even know what that means :).
