Writing my first children's book and having it published has always been a dream of mine. I not only wanted to write a children's book but also send a message to parents for them to try and spend 5 to 10 min.'s a day with their child and read to them. This will not only teach them valuable skills but also create a strong bond. I wanted to publish a fun story for children but also create one that is interactive. In our world today, both parents usually work and it can be difficult to find that "extra" time to sit down and read to our children. Being a single-parent myself, I can certainly relate to these challenges! My hopes are to encourage and inspire parents to spend quality time with their children by reading a good book together! There is nothing more precious than our children, for they are the future of our world!!
